    Default The Great Buddha

I took this shot of the Great Buddha during my visit to Kamakura last Nov. This is the second largest buddha statue in Japan, having a weight of 121 ton and height of 13.35m

    Nice framing.
But would prefer the Buddha to be upright.

Fantastic composition. Simple and powerful. It sort of brings an 'emotion' to the Great Buddha.

    Thanks for all your comments.

It was very lucky for me to have a almost cloudless morning sky when I took this picture.
