Hi, I'm new to the forum having just got myself my first digital cam, the G5. Primary shooting targets are aquaristic subjects (i.e. small and fast moving fishes) in as much detail as possible.
I am still waiting to get an external flash and macro lens, so for the time being I am trying out the camera in low light conditions. I find the highest resolution JPEG still seem to be quite "noisy" so decided to try RAW instead.
What I found is that the CRW files produced in this mode is only 4MB, when I would expect it to be somewhere closer to 15MB! Am I missing something?
thanks for your help.
