Pls recommend printer & scanner

Im looking for a printer and scanner (seperate units) or a 2-in-1 (printer + scanner) or 3-in 1 (printer+scanner+copier) or 4-in-1 (printer+scanner+copier+fax). But it should fit the following:

1. Any brand
2. should be able to handle 3rd party (non-original) print cartridges and 3rd party cartridges should be available in the market. I DONT TO WANT TO PAY LARGE SUMS FOR ORIGINAL CARTRIDGES and i can accept slightly lower quality print jobs
3. Budget below S$350

Pls recommend the model, price and a place to buy. Thks to all.

Canon MPC 190?
MSRP @ $339.
Is able to print borderless and has a suite of software including OCR software to convert printed text to editable ones.
