    Talking Canon 10-22 or Sigma 10-20 ??

    Hi all Clubsnappers,

May I know which lens is better for landscape photography. Or can also recommend any other lens for landscape ?...I had read a few review on both of the lens but still cant make up my mind. Hope clubsnapper other there who had use any of the lens or into landscape can give me some advice. Thanks in advance.

    So different I had notice
    1) Is the f-stop different important ? (Canon : 3.5-4.5 & Sigma 4-5.6)
    2) Sidetrack a alittle, Tokina 12-24 have a constant f-stop of 4, does it make a differenes ?

    Cheers

Look forward for your kind reply.

Since you are using it for landscapes, the maximum aperture is not critical.

I've got the Sigma 10-20mm and am pretty pleased with it. Got a sharp copy. The camera produces very wide angle shots so you're going to have to accept some barrel distortion. No idea how it fares compared to the Canon 10-22 though since I'm using the D300 instead.
