Hi
I would like to request for confirmation in ID-ing the following bird: #1 - Crimson Sunbird - Male? ![]() #2 - Is this crimson sunbird - female or juvenile? ![]() #3 - Same bird as #2 ... saw it touching up its nest & then trying it out ![]() ![]() Thanks alot ![]()

Yes, the first pic is a crimson male. The other I believe is a female. Good find

i believe #2 n 3 resembles a flower pecker than a female C. sunbird. I could be wrong though.

the 2nd and 3rd are female scarlet-backed flowerpecker. From the beak and the red rump you can tell it is not sunbird.
