For the first 2 shots Your POV is slighty above the cat and with the cat looking away form the camera its not as flattering. Try getting down lower for a differenent perspective. Kinda like the third one but I feel that you should have included the ears.

also, with regards to focal point, #2 was a little soft. As with macro photography, you can try to get the focus on the eyes, unless of course if it's intentional to get it on something else.
was flash used for the pictures? |
