Documenting beautiful memories so that in case my dementia kicks in next time, i got something left to savor

And I am sure most of us love to try and present things in different ways from different angles with a different lights.

sorry, when 80% of your pictures are landscapes, you will realise that..

    rocks cannot wink..

in any case, i think there are many reasons why we shoot -

to me, shooting is effectively an expression of your point of view of life - what you wish out of it, what you want to see from it. when we shoot, we are trying to convey this point of view.. whether knowingly or not.

haha.. that's a good perspective you have there.

i started out shooting this year with a simpler reason though. i just wanted to share with others the beautiful moments in my life. bought a dslr because i've always wanted to own one instead of a PnS (in fact i never bought a PnS).

I shoot for relaxation as well as to let others see the fun side of things. I specialise in Candids. "Candid Camera" anyone?

    why shoot?

    self defence ,really.

    HOHO lame.

anyways, photography lets others see the world thru your eyes.
its simply beyond anyone's ken to feel and witness what your eyes have seen.
this is the way, to a large extent in letting someone see nature's beauty thru your perspective.
identity- yes. welcome to your world.

in addition, it is always gratifying that pictures evokes emotions, a sensitivity to the viewers.
it does not take a rocket scientist to feel even the least of what a photograph can emote.
i wanna be a singer to make others smile but i guess thats too dreamy to manifest.
I reckon' photography is the best next avenue

A picture speaks a thousand words.......e.g. I would like to tell you I just watch a very funny show....it is very hard for you to imagine.....but by showing this, you should have an idea

    Hmm...
To share to others the great things that I experienced in my life, whether event or landscapes.

    Good enough?
