Thread: International Warranty

    Default International Warranty

    Hi,

Am looking to buy lenses and found out that the prices offered by a few of the bros here in the Mass Sales section are much cheaper compared to the regular retail shops. In addition, it is claimed that the lenses come with international warranty which should be recognised by the manufacturer's service centre here in Singapore. If that is the case, why are people still getting from the retail outlets?

The only difference I can think of is that if you go to a shop to buy and found out something is wrong with the lens/flash, you might be able to get a one-to-one replacement. Not sure about the MOs whether they are willing to do that. Other than that, I don't see any difference other than price.
