Default My first attempt at panning shot

Inspired by Weijin, I tried out some panning shot of cyclist at Bt Batok Park this morning.
    C&C welcome.
    Thanks.

    Nice try
I like the zoomed in shot more, and placing the subject at the beginning of the shot is nice. Making the feet blurred out also conveys a sense of motion.

    This was mine:

I have seen yours as well, kind of different perspective.

in terms of technical, i think u r almost there alr
just try to improve abit in composition...i prefer 3rd picture n it would be better if u can place the first cyclist at more right hand side n forget bout 2nd cyclist...this is wat CSers taught me last time
    good try!

Thanks alot for the comment and suggestion.
Was trying out with single cyclist and then with two, just to test out. Agreed that the second cyclist who was out of focussed may be a distraction.
Thanks for the tips you sent me earlier.. they were indeed helpful as I was able to get some photos fairly sharp.
