Friend's cat. I had barely got my camera out when the cat gave one of his stupendous... yawn. One of my favourite shots although it's not in absolute focus because, unlike what it appears, the cat is really meek. Here's another one in it's more 'normal' state... Your reactions are exactly why this shot is such a favourite for me.
The cat in question is quite 'cowardly' in reality, despite it's 'ferocious' appearance in the photo. ![]() |

I like the first pic. I see concentric circles starting from the open mouth, colour patches, head.
The whiskers and teeth make very good dispersal contrasts with the concentrics. |
