Is the price from Wing Shing Camera shop good? any comment about this shop? got any other good shop around mong kok??

Yes, it is good. Another good place is Man Shxng, Both shop are at Mong Kok.

Lots of stuff there, I get all excited when I walk in there and see all the L in the glass shelf.

I just bought my dslr from WS over the weekend. The service is ok and the prices are quite good. The good thing is that the prices are displayed, which they claimed are not bargainable.

Do your research before you go. I wanted to buy a dslr kit but they tried to package an older version of the kit lens with it. Luckily I spotted it and they tried to brush it off by saying that both versions are of the same quality. But I insisted that I want the newer version and they changed tune and said that I will have top up more money. So I end up buying the body only and got another lens from Citicall nearby.

Yes. Actually there are about 4 Citicall shops around that area so I don't think you will have any problem finding them.

Try Citicall (Laser) as they usually give a lower price than Wing/Man Shing & they are reliable as well. Walk ard, compare the prices.

Citicall is fine. I bought from them several times, for Sony and Canon gear. WS is always less willing to drop price for Sony gear. However, once ,the young sales guy at one of the Mongkok Citicall tried to pack the manuals for a A700 aside and then asked me to pay extra for them. Whoa. Gave him a smile and told him "Good try"; I still walked out with everything.

DC Fever's prices are lower than WS but not so wide a range, quite ok service and can bargain.

They're at: Unit 327 & 339, 3/F, Sim City, 47-51 Shan Tung St, Mong Kok.
