What resolution to be use in Photoshop or equivalent so that the printout will be the same as the professional photo developing shops?

Assuming that the printer and paper are of photo quality.

Would it be 300 inch per pixel be good enough?

i think u mean 300 pixel per inch. lol. yeah, they use 300 dpi for photos.
