I was at a company workshop in Safra Mt Faber, so I drop by the much talked about Henderson Wave to give it a try. These are taken between 6pm to 8pm. Still haven't quite worked out how to process some of them correctly yet.

#9 this one is for the woods - sky a bit blown.
![]() #10 more digital blend it is very difficult to blend the "spine" of the wave simply because of the many gaps between the metal frames. removed Last edited by emlee; 10th July 2008 at 11:10 PM. |

i think this one is original, or to say of so many henderson wave shot to death (but i never shot one and probably can't get any where else more original), this one does stand on its own. but the sky appears to be burnt on processing or is there halo on the margins from dodging, either way? otherwise the colors are just lovely.

I just realised I have been processing on a very wrong screen. Many of the pictures here look horrid. Am taking them down for re-processing. My apologies to all.

![]() actually, i am now tempted to do a search on all the henderson wave posted just to check which ones of mine are actually repeats from others. [honest, i didn't poison myself too much before going on the bridge] ![]() |

i second zoosshh's opinion. i like this.
other than very slight haloing issues, the inclusion of the couple adds some interest. the water bottle does not. this is where you have license to clone it away, i feel. not that hard too, when you have recurring patterns that are relatively linear and similar everywhere. |

good try there...
perhaps a graduated ND filter can help does the job nicely and hence you need not purchase US$99 for some post processing work to be done. You can even use some color filters or color GND filters to help on the sunset tone. |
