Hi All,
I am copying my recent email to PARISILK as i was cheated by them. They gave me a lower value free gift and i only discovered it after my school had brought the same thing and they get the correct free gift. Dear Anita, I am very disappointed with my recent experience with PARISILK. I had come to your transit road on a friday evening at around 6.15pm to buy the below quoted Sharp Plasmacluster purifier FU-S51E-B. You sold it to me at $599 and give me a toaster as it is a free gift item. I was so impressed then and i recommended my school, NUS, to buy 2 more sharp plasmacluster FU-S51E-W. The NUS order was delivered on 3 July and the free toasters were delivered on the 4 July. I was shocked to see that the toaster model given to NUS was different from the one given to me. I was given KS-W22V instead of the correct one which is KZ-W22V. The KS model is a smaller toaster and i immediately felt cheaper by PARISILK. To confirm if PARISILK has given the more expensive toaster to NUS by mistake, i took out the SHARP promotion brochure and confirmed that KZ-W22V is the correct free gift. That means PARISILK had shortchange me as a personal customer by giving me the KS model. I am writing this email as a last resort to see if PARISILK is willing to redeem themselves and change my toaster for me. The toaster given to me is still unopened. I hope PARISILK can honour their branding as an honest dealer that gives customer their value. For now, i am definately not buying anymore items from PARISILK after this nasty incident. hey man im sorry for your woes but look at it this way
1) its a free gift 2) its a toaster!!! small or big expensive or not it does not make a better toast hehe 3) once again its free! so unless u really got cheated of the product that u actually bought my thoughts is just let it go man its not worth ur time n effort.

Me thinks you're jumping the gun. You didn't give them an opportunity to redeem their mistake and straight off the bat you accuse them of cheating. That's a very strong word! KS-W22V and KZ-W22V can easily be mistaken by anyone. They're a big shop and have been around for ages. To "cheat" you of a toaster and a purifier that costs $599? I don't think so as it'll be too costly on their reputation.
I hope it's an honest mistake but on the flip side, you shouldn't jump to conclusions. |
