    1st time this thing appeared in my lens
    I placed it inside dry box when not in use.

    looks like our common enemy the Fungus!
    a close up shot wld help, easier to identify. Although i think you know wad dust looks like...

    Just a update, i went to John 3:16 with TS and they said that it's some sort of reflection of the glass.

    not enough DOF, distracting bg
    should remove the hood as well

    YOu can't blow mould away especially if it is growing from inside the lens interior. Short of have the tools to open up your own lens to clean it out....send it into the shop to get it clean out in any case. DIY might not be a good idea.

    But actually at first glance of it, I too told it was more an internal reflection as the photo you posted seem to show twin reflected layers of these brown-like taint.
