i think post processing consistency is quite important for wedding shoots.. that was the first "irk" i got when i scrolled through the pics..
a few other general comments: - i see that you used wideangles for some shots (#15 and #16).. or at least so i think.. i think they are not very appropriate coz it made the scale of things very "strange" to the eye.. and the supposed "subject" becomes lost into the picture.. - some pics have very awkward cropping.. noticably one is #11.. |

1. why desaturate something that is so obviously meant to be bright and saturated (oranges and reds)...? i wld've thought it'd look nicer brighter. 5&6. talk to the bride and get her in a nicer position. she seems a bit slouchy and it'd be nicer if you posed her better. 7&8. bit concerned on the 'what's going on' concept here. because i know what you're trying to do, but try to get something happening in the photo. both photos seem to be very snappy. for 7, nothing is happening, just the guys standing there. for 8, the girls, well, one is smiling, the others are not really doing anything either... 9&10 are the opposite, these are nice, they have a moment there and they're good to look at 11-15 are good. except, for 13... er... what's the message? same with 17 - it seems an odd shot. 16 is good, but the perspective seems warped. might've looked better ground up. all in all, i would also say that you might want to look at the colours. you probably wanted the desaturated effect, but it makes everything look slightly yellowish. keep it up though, there are some good shots and concepts here ![]() |
