Any bro/sis here tried getting stuff from Cameta Camera? They are selling the Sigma 24-60mm f2.8 at a great price. Tempted to get, but dunno if they are gd. Most positive review seems to be from US/CAD, so wanna know if anyone tried
![]() US$200 for a f2.8 seems like a gret price to me ![]() http://www.amazon.com/Sigma-24-60mm-...4702382&sr=8-3

Why another F2.8 zoomy? Thought you've got a Tamron 17-50/2.8 already. 50 vs 60 no much difference lah ![]() |

I think the Sigma 24-60mm has better bokeh like the Tamron 28-75mm. I need something with more bokeh than 17-50mm can give me. Ideally 28mm to >100mm f2.8 AF lens. But dun think there's such a lens for pentax.![]()

Tamron used to have a 28-105 f2.8 and older 35-105 f2.8 for Canon and Nikon only. User review ranged from bad to very good.

Think the cloest still available on sigma4less is Sigma 28-105mm f2.8-f4. But most likely will need step down a bit to get acceptable sharpness on K20D >.<

Shipping to US vpost is abt US$13, then from US vpost to Singapore about S$25 bah UOB CC get 12% off. So everything should be less than S$350. Problem is since it's vpost it's gonna take abt 2weeks for everything >.<

If you really want a 2.8 zoom lens w/ good bokeh, I think the FA*2870 or Tamron 2875/2.8 is your best option. These two are far better than the Sigma ones

Is FA* 2870 still in production? Where to get one? How much?

Think I may skip Sigma 24-60mm unless my missy wants it But to those who'd yet get a f2.8. Do consider, it's a gd deal^^
