not really sure if this is the correct section to post.. did some shots with my friend who skates..

slow shutterspeed with rear sync flash? i'm interested to know how to. but watch out for background lor. =)

yea, its slow shutter with rear sync.. didn't really spend time scouting for a good location, so thats my bad..

anyway, used the built-in flash to trigger the 3 main flashes.. set my radio trigger on an optical slave, then used the built-in flash for its rear sync.. apparently the 40D doesn't support rear sync flash for third party flashes.. Bulb mode to get the timing I want.. #2 and #3 are manually triggered during the exposure.. #4 used a borrowed 580EXII on stroboscopic mode.. more details you can click on the pics.

the light trails are just some LEDs pasted on the skateboard itself..

the last heelflip shot is neat!
too bad the background's too bright though.
next time try staying late at youth park after the lights go out?

will try that the next time round.. just wasn't sure if the lights at the skate park are going out at all, so just played safe near my house..

anyway, a couple more pics to share..
