    Thats without saying. Most instalment plans are more expensive than buying it at one go.

    Usually the downside of this, other than paying more relative to paying it off at one go is that one has to contend with the fact that 10D will most probably be discontinued in less than a years time.

    Imagine this ... paying instalment for a discotinued product!

    Still, if one's intention is to just get the camera to start or satisfy one's photography needs, then that should be a non-issue.

    Agree... Not worth it, IMHO... If finances tight, better to save on something you need more.... \

    I'm waiting patiently for a better* model than the 10D coming out in Sep or end 03?

    [For my needs, any DSLR with 1.3x or less focal length multiplier is better.]
