    The harddisk was not active when the pc hanged. Also, did check the Task manager and the CPU usage for all was 00.
    CPU usage for all was 00????
    Click on the CPU column to sort so that it shows apps/process with most CPU usage on the top of the Task Manager.

    If you have 2 sticks of RAM, you can test using 1 stick of RAM at a time to see if hanging occurs. Sometime it may due to faulty RAM.

    I've just formatted my harddisk and re-installed everything again. Hope this solves the problem.

    Back to the topic of videography. I've just bought a Pinnacle Studio DV Clip Package with firewire card from AP.
    As I'm used to the Pinnacle platform, and was impressed by the effects, I've decided to use it back again.

    Haven't really tried capturing yet, will do so after helping my relative do videography this Sun.

    I paid $65 for the Pinnacle DV clip.

    Gosh, I was suppose to do videography for my relative's wedding...suddenly I was arrowed to be the cameraman....
    Think I'm gonna lose some sleep tonite...
