Fuji F100fd

Hi ppl...

My fren is looking for a PnS camera to be used for her occasional dive (perharps 2-3 times p/year).

I'm thinking of suggesting to her Fuji F100fd and it does comes with it's underwater casing WP-FXF100.
Any idea how much is the casing?

Her budget is below $500 for the camera alone.

Or are there any other recommendations for cameras?

You should be able to get the cam at under 500 with enough money left to take a cab down to OceanicFocus to get the fuji uw casing. My cam & case works out at approx $800ish.

the prices for the cams at MSColor, John 3:16 is about 470-480 nett.

yup...got a quote for $480 for the cam.
so the price range for an underwater casing is around $400++?
