Where to get quick-release plate for tripod

Hi, I recently got a Canon tripod from someone but it's missing the quick release plate. On the box says "SL-1200" which I assume is the model of the tripod. Can someone tell me where can i find it? Thanks.

I think that tripod is worth about $10 or at most $20 NEW.. Perhaps not worth to buy the plate?
