Default Is dust noticeable when shooting against bright light

Hi guys, does the green reflection under the sun caused by dust on my sensor/lens/filter? Is it normal to have it when shooting a bright source? Well, my picture is clear when i shoot normally.

    Thanks.

ok. Thank you very much! I thought dust causes the image to be like that.

Unlikely to be dust, else that's some major dust infestation you have on your lens/sensor!
