Default Question regarding CF cards & Transfering

Hey people! I've got a question to ask:

When I go on a long holiday (or photog overseas trip) I'll probably be taking lots of pictures. Assuming that I'd like to shoot RAW on a 400D, am only limited to 4gigs of space, and don't have my own laptop to carry around and transfer pics, how'd I transfer my pics to an external hard drive?

Are there any gadgets that allow me to like connect my cf card to an external hdd and transfer all my pics without a computer?

    Please advise! Thanks!

Some PMP and Photo Storage are helpful. Head down to Funan or SL Square for a tour.
