    Editing always work wonders. haha. here are some suggestions:
    1) try to choose a day with better weather conditions, because it feels a bit foggy to me.
    2) use a tripod. (actually a must for evening/night potraits to achieve a clearer and more focused effect)
    3)perhaps you can choose a better location in which the buildings are kind of more special?
    4)decide on whether you want to include the river as well, as to me, it seems like you accidentally include the water and the boats(which is a bit cut off).
