Default Changing lens on a film camera

Will changing lens on loaded camera expose the film?

Not unless you have a faulty camera or left the shutter open somehow

usually no problem ... unless your shutter curtain got holes...

It's the shutter that keeps the light out, not the lens, so don't worry about it. If there's something wrong with your shutter, even with a lens on, you'll leak light in.
