Strange colour on Canon S800
Anyone encountered this?
My Canon S800 suddenly prints photos with strange colours. The nozzle check print comes out with the yellow looking strange (almost like orange). Have checked all cartridges that they're not empty; Have done several head cleanings (including deep head cleaning), and still no go. Any ideas before I have to lug the printer down to the service centre? Thanks. ..NuTs.. |

Hi,
Is your printer still under warranty? If yes, you may call Canon Customer Service hotline to describe your printer problem, and most likely they will send thier staff to go your house and take a look. I had bought a new S520 printer this Feb and the brand-new print head also got problem, end up they come to my house and change the printhead.  |

Nope, its out of warranty, and I've called them, and they said I've to bring it down to the service centre...

Welcome. Just for your info, if to change the print head, it will cost >$100. This is the info which I got it from the staff.
