i would say the first shot is pretty good, it draws attention and makes people notice and arouses interest, the depth of field adds on to the feeling of it =]

it would be better if the background of the 2nd pic was something more romantic like the merlion and fullerton hotel though :X =]

lol the 2nd shot was funny cos i actually intended to shoot the merlion but the lighting was horrible and the sky had no colour in it at all, so i just shot the couple sitting next to the merlion instead!
