Domke Insert for Nikon 70-200mm VR

I'm planning to get either a F802 or J803 Domke bag for time when I want to go out with D200 + primes (e.g. AF 20mm + 85mm).

But hope to fit in the Nikon 70-200mm VR for some occasion.

Am looking for a Domke or other? Single compartment inserts that can go into the F802/J803 which can hold the Nikon 70-200mm VR. The only 1-compartment Domke insert seems to be the FA280 which measures 4"x3"x8" which seems a little tight for the 70-200mm.

Anyone has any ideas / or experience with this ?
