huh.. what ... ?

i got the below accessories in my signature.. all for $1540 from AP.

yes everything included

of course the MS is normal MS not MS pro but MS pro only makes a difference of $50.

oh
and it came with this kit that included a sony handycam bag.. not very big but it can fit my equipment.. but hey i'm getting a new crumpler bag already lol..

and a battery.. FM 30 not FM50.. battery life is only 160 mins which is about 1 hour less than the fm50..

and this lens cleaning cloth that uh.. sucks coz the woolen material or whatever material it is keeps coming out.. can be used to clean the LCD nicely though.. :P

AP ppl quoted me $1485 for 717 with 128MBX2 Memory Stick

But I wanted a 256MB Memory Stick Pro

They said they dun hv stock...

I left cos I insisted on a 256MB Memory Stick Pro

So I went over to Hai Chew and there I was quoted $1520 which in the end I bargained to $1500

Hai Chew is an Authorised Sony Dealer

Yup it's worth it - Sony 717 + 256MB Memory Stick Pro + Tokina UV filter + Tokina Polarizer + Sony freebies(bag + mini-tripod + cleaning kit + printer voucher) + 15mths warranty

no diff imo, tradeoffs are:
u either have a spare card if one dies,
OR u dun have to change over to another card.
