DIY DOF Adapter Test Video.
First two short clips are from 24-70 2.8, the third one is 10-22 EF-S (A little vignetting but can be corrected with a little more zoom. Can't see it during recording so didn't really zoom in more...hahaha..)

Not so hard. Only becareful of the EE-A Focusing screen. Do not damage it. It can be easily melt by super glue (I use blu-tak). And a very small piece of dust will shown very big on screen.
