underwater case for snorkeling?

I'd like to seek advise for any solutions for me to photograph while snorkeling. I intend to house my compact camera, either a powershot 720is or pana tz3. I understand that there are those "bags" for compacts, but where can i get them locally? Don't wanna buy online coz i'm afraid it might not be delivered soon enough. For those who've bought them, care to share around what price range you got it at?
