Actions Lost on Photoshop Restart

Hi all,

I recorded a few Photoshop Actions on my own, but recently my Photoshop crashed (running CS2 on Mac OS 10.5.3) and I restarted it. It appears I've lost all my self-recorded actions. Is there any way to recover them?

If I'm not wrong, the actions files should be in your CS2 folder. You have to install it back. Happens to me once but I manage to get it back. I go back and check 1st.
