Default Sakura festival

You see them organised neatly & tightly packed. The reason is that the ground is marked out properly into squares. Now I'm wondering if they need to book to be allowed to sit in there to picnic.....

‚¨‰ÔŒ©B
pronounced as o-ha-na-mi.

Literal translation: flower watching...
Time where Japs just sit in gardens with sakura flowers blooming and drink and eat...
