Exclamation Benro tripod woes! Help!

Anyone here knows to how to clean/repair Benro CF tripods? I tried asking google but couldn't find any answers.

Here's the prob: I just got my tripod for less than a month and the locking mechanism is already squeaking. There are a few big scratches on the of the legs (I am guessing caused by sand) and is currently stuck. I don't want to mess up my tripod like my last one so any tips/sites/clues would be greatly appreciated.

it's those screw lock right? you can unscrew all the way, remove the entie leg then give it a good clean to remove the sand. that's if you want to DIY. if not, drop by his shop.
