Default NDP Rehersals 03

Covering events are a new thing to me. This is my take of the NDP rehersals over 2 weekends at the National Stadium. As such, kindly comment to help me improve. Thanks. Comments on individual pics welcome too.

Thanks everyone!

Glad you all like this series

AFAIK, the rehearsals won't be open to the public anymore. All the photographers' passes have long been issued (I dun have one, dun chase me for it ). I am also not one of the lucky ones who got ndp tickets.

Not having even attended one ndp in my whole life, I'm glad I've taken these pics

I love your shots, reminds me of the time I was in the parade also. Didn't see things the way your pictures showed. Great shots.

I like the pic with the RSM and his parade stick.

that's a PACE STICK.... used for setting the pace of the parade by the RSM

i was lucky enough to have a real good look at one when my Warrant Officer showed me his when he was RSM.

Actually... the pace stick is for measurement of the parade order in the parade square
with the exactly arm'slength between the troops.

and a very handy thing to tap peole with to KNOCK IT DOWN !
