Wondering any of the Canon A40 user have wash out (overexposed till almost whole shot is white in color) shot when zoom more than half.
The camera used to be working out and out of sudden, any shot took with more than half zoom, the shot is wash out. If no zoom or zoom a bit, the shot turn out to be perfectly fine. This happened regardless of the mode used, Program, Auto or Manual. Even in manual mode, setting ISO to 50, Aperture to highest with shutter speed of 1/1500sec, the shot also turn out to be wash out if more than half zoom. Have try replacing a new set of batteries, problem still persists. The worse thing is warranty just over at May. |
