Default Electronic Flash model SUNNY 816A

Hihi! Found an old flash my dad bought about 20 years ago - the brand is called Sunny and model is 816A. Any one got any information on this flash, like a manual or something? I dun really noe it's characteristics, like trigger voltage, whether it's TTL or really manual (there's a f-stop/distance/film spd table at the back so think likely it's a manual flash). Then on the front bottom of the flash got this funny little lens that has a slider - can set to autozoom and a plastic with a small hole in it will cover the lens; if set to computer den the entire lens can be seen. Can someone please help me identify this flash? Thanks a lot

Can't help you with the brand, it may well be an inhouse label as it's not a brand I've ever heard of.

However, you can measure the trigger voltage with a DVM or DMM easy enough and if it's only got one pin in the base of the hotshoe (assuming it has a hot shoe) then it's a non TTL flash.
