Default Calvin & Michelle-Ti Qin session

hey guys, my friend is getting married on june 8th, and i will be one of his photog.
as this is my very 1st time shooting using a dslr, im so excited that i actually
requested to shoot for his TI QIN (go to the bride's house and present gifts as a custom) session.
it served as a practice for me. below are the pics, please do give me some C&C on any aspect
of the set, so i can improve or correct myself on the actual project.

The vignetting is a bit overdone in some of the shots, you might wanna watch out.

motion blur doesn't work for all the shots, but i like the way you process your photos to make them look retro.

For expression wise, try to capture some expressions with more impact. ^^

Bro.. relax on the vignette. it's too strong, too obvious and doesn't serves it's purpose on certain pics. The pics also kinda dark and moody.

Abit too grainy, and for pic 1, can try to increase the saturation...
I dunno if it's just me but all ur pics like quite moody le... Ti Qin = moody? tot should be happy... brighter and more saturatied colors work more for me in such occasions... just my 2 cents

Wear a big smile, make some jokes, be helpful and soon people will be more relax around you and you will be able to capture their natural expression. Always works for me.
