Time frame for POW nomination?

Have seen quite a number of good photo being nominated...

I have a thought. Should we restricted the entree by imposing a time frame like maybe within 1 or 2 week from the nomination?
In this way, we can more current nomination instead of having pic that is posted long time ago. Just a thought.
