good day mates,
anyone know where to get one??? the search function here turn up with lots of magazine choices but none in chinese. its actually for my dad, who have some experience with film camera, to pick up digital photography. need a book/magazine to explain what's the different between film and digital camera. also, any prints in chinese regarding post processing is also much appreciated. thanks |

As others have mentioned, there's a collection of chinese magazine at the National Library. If you have an account for their online services, you can even read the scans from the comfort of your home computer.
The first floor shop at Bras Basah have a few magazines from China and Taiwan, so do the Popular upstairs. If your dad is learning to use a DSLR, you can try the Kinokuniya main branch. Along the shelves adjacent to where the Chinese magazines are, is the Chinese arts section. They have the Taiwanese versions of the Japanese Mook series of cameras guides as well as other chinese photography books. Some of the magazines available here: -中国摄影 (China) -人像摄影 (China) -大众摄影 (China) -摄影之友 (China) -DigiPhoto (Taiwan) -Photonet (Taiwan) |
