Intending to get this wireless flash trigger from tago-store..
any like user feedback? gotta a qn to ask though, can i just get 1 set of transmitter and receiver and on my receiver end, i set the 580ex to be the master flash, again triggering another 420ex slave flash? will the timming be sync-ed? if not, will getting the original canon speedlite ST-E2 solve my problems? How does the ST-E2 compare from this models apart from the price? Lastly, if not, enlighten me on other popular choices on wireless flash triggers.. Thanks alot.. |

don't think you can radio trigger the 580EX to trigger another 420EX.. cos the Canon wireless flash system works on E-TTL, ie you need some sort of info relay between the flash and the cam..
yup, the ST-E2 would trigger both wirelessly.. but the disadvantage is that you have limited positions cos you need some line-of-sight to trigger.. on the other hand you get E-TTL and High-Speed sync.. http://www.radiopopper.com solves the line-of-sight issue or you can get other radio triggers such as Pocket Wizards, Skyports etc..
