My inaugural night shot posting here.
Supreme Court at night

if you are using digital, may i suggest :

1) zoom in and shoot the doom and the bottom.
2) set cwb with this shot (for canon, not sure about others)
3) compose and shoot.

also, try

1) not to crop away the tip of the doom.
2) clone away the tall building sticking out on the left.
3) cant remember where is the sun in the evening, maybe can shoot around 7pm -7:30pm.

actually I had not tripod on the day, i just placed it angled on a lens cap on the floor and held it as steady as I could. A real shame I missed out the tip
