How did you manage to get so close to the fly without scaring it off? Or is it we can't see the pin that's stuck to the back of the fly?

HEY NO IT ISNT PINNED !!!!!!
it was sitting on a wall and i approached it with a 35~70 F2.8 Nikon lens with all 3 Kenko extention tubes from the set, manual focussed on minimum distance and aperture and went close and clicked as soon as i saw the eye pattern sharply in the viefinder and next moment it was gone due to the strong SB 80DX flash close to it as in a typical macro setup........... |
