Default motorbike for sale?

http://www.flickr.com/photos/1080932...97480/sizes/l/

f stop = 6.3 , shutter speed = 1/800sec , iso = 200 , aperture = 5.3 , focal length = 200mm , camera = d40x

This photo was took during noon time at phuket trip and Their motorbike is for sale . This photo had been underthrough pp and increase the saturation and contrast is order to archieve the effect and darken down the background due a bit disturbing or overpack. Please comment thanks.

IMHO, the pic is underexposed. Its better to take in front of the bike, away from the crowded background. Else just crop off the right hand side of the pic. Get rid of the plant.

Are you sure it is noon time? The shadows are quite long already. The pic would be better if taken from the point of the plant.
Btw: how can you use "fstop = 6.3" and "aperture = 5.3" in the same picture?

noon or not noon time aside, since it does not really have any bearing on the picture, i think it has a weak composition, much too much happening here, the clutter is well, cluttered.

the saturation and tones applied during PP also do not work.

that said, i think it shouldn't be noon either.

something I cannot understand.... why have you use a 200mm tele lens to take this shot from the side ? You must be standing from quite far a distance. maybe, there is some constrains when you are taking the shot... I am not sure.

well, the color of the bike is nice ( RED ), the wordings are also interesting ( sign ).

Perhaps you should use a shorter lens, say 35mm and shoot from the front instead. Do not include too much background. Just the bikes and the sign board will do.

I quite like the colour saturation for the bike, may be the rest of the pic can de-saturate a bit, too much. Crop tighter to save this pic. Anyway, these are just my personal opinion. I like this pic, much like a poster colour painting because of the saturation and high contrast..

I like the colours but the plant should go and maybe a narrower crop for a close up on the bikes?

To be frank, I think the shadow angle is to much for noon time....
