I was very surprised to receive a cheque for stock photography.
This is the first time I received a cheque from inmagine stock photography. I have forgotten this web site long time ago (more than a year). I have regularly upload photos to a few stock photography. Such website are 123rf, istock, dreamstime, bigstock, fotolia. I like to upload to 123rf, it is most easy to edit and there is no limit to upload per day. Till now I have accumulated 6200 images and earning is $218.
It is not an easy task to earn a few dollars from them. It is a very long process, there approval rate is very low. 1000 images you upload you may get 100 images accepted but the money is real.
I have heard that the charge for a US cheque deposit in local bank account is very high, about sing $50. It is not worth it so most photographer prefers to use the PayPal method.

1st of all, congrats.

Years ago, I bank in my USD checks into malaysian banks and was not charges any fees. Now I dont know if its still the same. You may hop over to JB to inquire.

thanks all the congrats, Yes, clubsnap should do it and it have all the resource, some more clubsnap is well known in the photography community over the world.

YES! I totally agree man, its a FANTASTIC idea with the resources we have i am sure many can benefit from this.

Someone just have to get it started somewhere and somehow... Who will it be?

Praying that it will be soon, i will give my full support even thou if membership is for a small fee to get started.
