planning to buy an m8.
would appreciate any advice on which summarit lense to choose as part of the promotion that seems to on around town. 75mm or 35mm ? also wondering if anybody knows if the m8's on sale are the upgrade version with the new quiet shutter. is this much of an issue for current users out there? nick |

If this is your first lens, I'll go with the 35mm. M8 on sale should not be the upgraded one but I tried one a few days ago & it did sound different & quieter. However, not bothered by the current one as I came from SLR background. If you are coming from film M, then there is a lot of difference.
Don't wait too long, 30 June will come quickly or it may go out of stock again. ![]()
