Hello all!
i would like to know what software you guys use for image manipulation, or for re-touching, post-processing, etc. Some common ones are: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Elements Adobe Lightroom Nikon Capture NX Gimp Silkypix Raw Therapee get the list moving! so others can learn too! |

Whenever someone asks "which is the best?" about anything, my standard answer would always be:
"It depends" What are your requirements? What do you hope to achieve with your images? What is your skill level? What is your style? What is your budget? Are you a professional or hobbyist? The industry de-facto "best" is Photoshop CS, but to me, if you are merely need to get to the market across the road, you don't need to get a Ferrari for that.
