Have to start a new thread before the Noctilux f1.0 gets diluted:

If you want it, why not? I got access to another one . You are not using the M8, so what will happen to the UV/IR filter? Costs a bomb!

Since some folks have enquired about this lens and asking me to sell it, I will most probably put it on the auction block. Of course, those that PM me already may have some priority.

At f0.95 but speed is 1/11s. The lens is 605g!

Focusing was on the circles between both hands. The glow is really nice and dreamy. That is why this is nicknamed the DREAM LENS:

Oh no... I just admire these beautiful works from far and in the pages of magazine. These are way out of my budget and I don't have the space to do them justice. I do like the Barcelona chair very much, however, the design has been so frequenty replicated. Anway, I'm sure such beautiful designs always make good photography subjects. Do show us more photos!!!

Cheers,

Slightly backfocus? Typical of the fast lenses including the Noct! You'll learn how to compensate with time

Little bit soft wide open but I figure that gives it the dreamy feel. Definitely not a pixel peeper's lens but I can see it has a charm of its own. Hmmm... I suppose there is an appeal to fast glass

And as expected, tremendous at f/8.
