Default 2nd try on the Merlion

Went there yesterday 8 May. Saw a couple of shooters too. Anyone here?

was there any editing of the photo to achieve the fan effect or was it just purely use of slow shutter?

Slow shutter is a technique that we can used for Night Photography as darkness fall. Make use of what you have (long shutter) to achieve interesting effects. Let your creativity flow.

hmm, is it hdr photo? how can have long shutter and people sitting there are sharp?
